Spark relies on Facilitators, individuals from the countries in which we work with a strong interest in community organizing. Facilitators make the initial contact with the communities that we work with, assist with the development of proposals, and manage funds that are used to purchase materials for each MicroGrant. Spark Advocates work to raise awareness of our MicroGrants through hosting events, fundraising, and publicizing progress. Click here to meet our Spark Advocates. Spark's core management is based in the United States. Its primary functions are to fundraise, publicize the results of each MicroGrant, and support the logistical needs of Facilitators and the communities with whom we work.
