Gisagara is an impoverished region in the south of Rwanda. In Ndatemwa Village, many make clay pots for a living, which provide little income and leave most food insecure. Working with Spark, the village has formed an association of 87 members and is currently drafting a grant proposal to solve the dire issue of food insecurity.
